These portraits of my girlfriend who is an amazingly talented artist (Click here for her work) were taken in my friend's kitchen with nothing but a small little lamp. I was feeling inspired by a few portrait photographers that I follow on Instagram that always find a way to incorporate their style into their work.
These type of photos have always been more appealing to me than the average corporate headshots that I used to take for people. Even though Black and white photography is, for some reason considered "outdated" and shouldn't be used when shooting portraits, we decided to shoot in b&w because it's a classic look that almost never goes out of style. Fast forward five minutes in to our mini-photoshoot and we got these beautiful images. If you'd like to get some portraits done of yourself, click here! |
